2. Description of Service

GetDreamMeaning is an AI-powered dream analysis platform inspired by Jungian psychology. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide dream interpretations, archetype identification, and psychological insights. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Dream interpretations generated by our AI are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or counseling. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, credits are reset to zero after the current billing period ends.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the dream descriptions and content you submit.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI systems for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

Dream interpretations and analyses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. Use the interpretations at your own discretion.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
  • Submit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by GetDreamMeaning and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetDreamMeaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
